  • Can you send me a brochure or catalog?
    When available, we send brochures with the product you have ordered to assist you in the use of the product and care of your skin.  We can also send brochures on any desired product line based on availability. We do not have a catalog, this website represents our catalog.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card?
    Completely safe! When you are ready to make your purchase, you will be transferred to a secure server. We use a sophisticated encryption technology to ensure all your information, including your credit card number goes only to OasisPlace.com.  We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. You can order with confidence here!

  • How does your shopping cart work?
    To add a product to your shopping basket, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button that is located on each product description page and enter the desired quantity in the quantity box. You will be sent to your "shopping cart" and can then choose to continue to select more items, update your existing order or place your order.   When you are ready to check out, click on the "Place Order" button and complete the required information on the Checkout page.

  • How do I place an order online?
    Ordering skin care products through OasisPlace.com online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is easy and convenient.  You can shop by product name or use our search engines for a particular need, i.e. "acne" and find many products and brand names to choose from.  Once you find a product to buy, simply enter it into your shopping cart and indicate the quantity you'd like to purchase.  You can continue shopping or complete your order.  When you are ready, just click on the "Place Order" button and follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. It's that simple.

  • How do I place an order by fax, mail or phone?
    Use our "Shopping Cart" to collect the items you would like to purchase.   When you have finished shopping, simply click on the "Place Order" button and follow the instructions using our "Off-line Ordering Form."

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and money orders.

  • Am I charged tax?
    For all orders shipped outside of Washington state, no tax will be charged.  If your order is shipped to a Washington address, you will be charged the appropriate Washington state sales tax.

  • What are my shipping options?
    We ship via USPS Priority Mail using their preferred tracking system. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

  • How can I find the status of my order?
    When we receive your order, we will send you an immediate e-mail notification. When your online order is processed and shipment is made, you will receive an order confirmation via email containing your USPS tracking number. This can be used to track your order. Note that it may take 24 hours before the tracking information appears on the USPS site.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    2 to 10 days depending on holidays, weekends, etc. Packages are mailed via USPS Monday through Friday, holidays and weekends excluded.

  • Can you direct me to a local Day Spa or Salon?
    Sorry we cannot, as we are a retail establishment providing convenience, premium products and service delivered to your doorstep.  We are not a wholesaler or manufacturer.

  • What about my international order?
    Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    OasisPlace.com sells only the highest quality facial and skincare products.  We absolutely stand behind the quality of the merchandise that we offer. However, it is very important to read and follow any manufacturer's instructions for use.  OasisPlace.com cannot be responsible for results of misuse by the consumer.

    OasisPlace.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchases. We will refund or exchange an item for you within 30 days of your purchase (Refund does not include the cost of shipping to return the item).  Simply return the item to: OasisPlace.com
